Notable projects:

  • Powerboat Hull Plug, 12 m
    Full hull plug milled from EPS with tooling paste surface layer, produced for a Finnish boatbuilder as the basis for a new production mould programme.
  • Sailing Yacht Deck Plug, 16 m
    Large-format deck plug including anti-slip surface geometry, milled in two sections and assembled on site before mould production.
  • Aquaculture Tank Mould, 8 m diameter
    Direct mould for a large circular fish tank section, milled from tooling board to tight dimensional tolerances for a Norwegian aquaculture equipment manufacturer.
