Custom GRP Products

Composite Plus manufactures made-to-order GRP products and fibreglass components in Estonia for marine, aquaculture, industrial and technical applications.

Made-to-order GRP products and private label production

GRP mouldings and composite parts are manufactured to your exact specifications, whether that means working from drawings, 3D models, an existing mould or a physical sample. Composite Plus combines in-house tooling capability with GRP production and large-format composite experience, which means a new product can move from concept to finished part without splitting the project across multiple suppliers.

We manufacture GRP products for clients who need a one-off composite structure, a defined production series or ongoing private label manufacturing. The product geometry, structural requirements, surface finish and production volume determine the most practical approach, and we help evaluate that during the quotation stage.

Composite Plus is based in Saaremaa, Estonia, and supplies GRP products to clients across the EU and internationally.

GRP products we manufacture

Composite Plus manufactures a wide range of made-to-order GRP products and fibreglass components for technical and industrial use. The product type, laminate structure, surface finish and production method are defined according to the customer’s requirements and the intended application.

  • Custom GRP components
Made-to-order fibreglass components for product-specific, technical and industrial applications.
  • Marine and aquaculture products
GRP parts, tanks and custom components for boatbuilding, marine equipment and aquaculture applications.
  • Industrial parts, covers and housings
Fibreglass components, covers, casings and housings for machinery, equipment, infrastructure and technical systems.
  • Composite panels and structural elements
GRP panels and larger structural elements for technical products, industrial use and larger composite assemblies.
  • Private label and small-series GRP products
Finished or semi-finished GRP products for private label production, prototypes and small production runs.
  • Other GRP products
We also manufacture project-specific composite products based on customer requirements, drawings, 3D models, samples or existing moulds.

Why GRP is used for demanding applications

GRP is chosen for applications where weight, longevity and operating environment matter more than initial material cost. For marine and aquaculture use, it handles continuous water and salt exposure without the maintenance demands of steel. For industrial parts and housings, it can be moulded into complex shapes that would be expensive or impractical in metal. For products intended for outdoor or corrosive environments, it performs without surface treatment or ongoing protection.

The material structure, including fibre type, resin system, core materials and surface finish, can be tuned to the specific load case and environment. This makes GRP suitable for a wide range of applications: from lightweight structural panels to thick-walled industrial components that must withstand chemical exposure, impact or sustained load.

Key properties that drive GRP selection

  • Low weight relative to strength, which reduces handling, installation and transport costs
  • Corrosion resistance in marine, chemical, outdoor and high-humidity environments
  • Freedom to mould complex shapes and large parts that are difficult to produce in other materials
  • Laminate structure and resin system can be adjusted to meet specific strength, stiffness or chemical resistance requirements
  • Suitable for single parts, small series and repeatable production from the same mould

Frequently asked questions about GRP products

For an accurate quotation, we usually need drawings, 3D models, dimensions, target quantities, required surface finish and information about where the product will be used. If drawings are not available, we can also review an existing sample, old part, mould or project-specific requirements.

The more technical information you can provide at the start, the easier it is to evaluate the most practical production method, tooling needs and lead time.
